  1. Microwave Dog Donuts

  4. 2 cups whole wheat flour
  5. 2/3 cup beef or chicken broth
  6. 1 large egg, lightly beaten
  7. 3 tablespoons quick oats
  8. 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  9.  
  10. Whisk the egg and broth together and add to the flour. Blend in oats and garlic powder. Form the dough into a ball.

  12. On a floured work surface, roll dough out to 1/2-inch thickness. Cut out "donuts" and arrange on a shallow baking dish in a single layer. (Repeat cooking process as space requires, do not crowd the "donuts".)

  14. Microwave on HIGH for 10 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
